A few useful answers

Before we begin.

How long does a Quickstart take?

The schedule depends on the work and your current setup. A Quickstart keeps the scope small so we can reach a useful result sooner. We agree on dates before kickoff.

Are software licenses included?

Software licenses and usage costs are separate from our delivery fee unless the agreed scope says otherwise. We check what you already have and what the work needs.

Do we need to use Salesforce?

Only for the Salesforce offers. We also build software, connect systems, improve data, and help teams change how they work. Tell us which tools you use.

Is the free AI quiz the same as an assessment?

No. The free AI readiness quiz is a self-guided check based on your answers. A paid assessment is a scoped review by our team of your systems, data, or processes.

What if the work needs a wider scope?

We will explain what we find and agree on any change with you. Extra workflows, systems, or rollout work need their own scope.

What happens after the Quickstart?

You get the agreed outputs and handoff. We can discuss support or a larger next step if you need it. The Quickstart does not commit you to a wider project.
