Zinc Partners announces the appointment of Jay Blair as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With over 30 years of sales and revenue generation experience, Jay’s leadership and market expertise make him an invaluable asset to the company.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University. Prior to joining Zinc Partners, he served as the Regional Vice President – Service Cloud – Enterprise at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) from 2020 to 2023. In this role, Jay led a team of 7 Account Executives responsible for selling the Salesforce Service Cloud Portfolio.
As CRO, Jay will oversee all revenue-related operations, including sales, marketing, and customer success. He will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive profitability and market share.

Outside of work, Jay is an avid Peloton rider, a rabid Cubs fan, and enjoys exploring new restaurants in Chicago. He cherishes spending time with his wife of 32 years, his three children, and his 16-month-old grandson.
